Green Street Realty is a licensed real estate office located on the University of Illinois campus in Champaign, Illinois. Green Street Realty specializes in the management of commercial and residential property, with a special emphasis on student housing. Green Street Realty manages over 2,000 residential rental units, including over 2,700 student housing beds located on both the University of Illinois and Eastern Illinois University campuses. In addition, we have a wide selection of single family homes and apartment options throughout Champaign, Urbana, Rantoul, Decatur and Savoy.

Some of our off campus locations include University Park Apartments (108 units), Tennyson Courtyard (96 units), Oakwood Estates Decatur (80 units) and Rainbow Apartments (72 units). In addition, properties we have managed in the past include Carisbrooke Apartments (320 units), Wellington Place Apartments (175 units), Twin Oaks Apartments (114 units), Barrington Apartments (60 units) and Illinois Properties Student Housing portfolio (450 beds).
