Green Tree School & Services (GTSS) provides specialized education, behavioral support, and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism, emotional and behavioral needs, developmental disabilities, and neurological impairments. Based in Philadelphia and founded in 1957, GTSS delivers comprehensive programs that help students learn, build skills, and achieve meaningful personal and academic growth. GTSS offers a full continuum of services, including an Approved Private School (APS) for students who need a structured educational environment with small class sizes, therapeutic supports, and individualized goals. Our clinical programs include outpatient counseling, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and diagnostic assessments to support students’ emotional, social, and behavioral development. We also provide behavioral health services in school and home settings to help stabilize students and empower families. Our interdisciplinary teams include educators, clinicians, BCBAs, therapists, and related service professionals who collaborate closely to support each student’s unique needs. We prioritize safety, inclusiveness, and a nurturing school environment where students can build confidence, coping skills, communication, and independence. Families and districts choose GTSS because we deliver high-quality, evidence-based programming and individualized support that strengthen academic performance, emotional wellbeing, and long-term student success.
