GreenBy3 was founded in Charleston, SC in 2008 by Jorge Riano to offer a better approach to commercial construction and renovation project management. As it stands, the current approach to construction is fragmented, inefficient and dysfunctional. However, by creating and maintaining an open dialog of communication between the client and trades - including the general contractors, architects, designers, electricians, etc. - and enforcing commitments to conversation, deadlines, budgets, creative vision and the environment, we are hoping to change the industry.

Our team has extensive expertise in IT, facilities management, craftsmanship and sustainability and we employ creativity and collaboration to ensure that each client’s vision of their new building or work space is realized. Our clients range from large tech companies to small nonprofit organizations, as we can adapt the scale of our services to fit any project and personalize them to a company's culture and its people.

Since its founding, GreenBy3 has grown. We now have an extensive network of resources and work in the upstate. We hope to keep leading the way for positive change.
