Greencroft Communities is a not-for-profit, faith-based system that coordinates continuing care living communities. Founded in 2002, it functions as an umbrella for affiliated and managed communities, each a not-for-profit entity with its own board appointed by Greencroft’s board, and it may form management partnerships with local for-profit owners. The organization is based in Goshen, Indiana.

It serves roughly 2,000 residents and employs about 1,100 team members across northern Indiana, north-central Ohio and central Michigan. Residents come from more than 20 faith traditions, reflecting the diverse communities it serves. In April 2026, Goshen Community Schools announced a new five-year partnership with Greencroft Communities.
