Who Are We
The root company was founded in 2010 during the middle of the recession. The primary goal was to provide rentals to those who could not buy and provide income to those who could not sell. Travis Martinez, Broker/Owner of Greener Montana Property Management, LLC, still helped people sell real estate as a broker with Windermere. In 2014, Travis decided to bring both facets of housing together under one roof. This is when Greener Montana Property Management, LLC became Greener Montana Properties. Utilizing the experience of managing homes and marketing them we can assist almost anyone, and make them feel like we specialize in their unique situation.
