Greengate was founded in 2005 by senior financial professionals with extensive backgrounds in project and structured finance. Our offices are located in Washington, D.C. To date, our firm has successfully completed assignments associated with a total value in excess of $100 billion. In addition, our principals have extensive relevant experience in leading a wide range of project and structured finance transactions prior to founding Greengate.
