In December 2012, Greenleaf closed on its second equity investment, providing start-up capital to American Testing & Inspection Services; a national testing, inspection and certification business. Greenleaf provided additional investment to support numerous bolt-on acquisitions to the growing ATIS platform. ATIS has quickly become one of the nation's largest providers of elevator inspections, a feat attributable to its emphasis on customer service.
