The company was established in 1999, by Teresa Penbrooke, a nationally-recognized experienced public parks and recreation professional, who identified certain needs in the industry that were not being fully satisfied. Since then, GreenPlay has worked on over 325 projects for local, county, state and national agencies and private corporations.
