Greentree was started in 1999 and maintains two offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and Charlotte, North Carolina. Greentree was formed primarily to provide solutions for smaller to medium companies to be able to access the public markets, raise capital, or position themselves for acquisitions. What we found is that many local companies were experiencing challenges to grow into regional or national companies. In most cases, the challenges were either related to insufficient working capital or lack of sales and distribution partners for their product or service. Our network of bankers, attorneys, CPA’s and other professionals is extensive and we feel we can add value to almost any company that has a sound business model looking to expand through a listing on the US equities markets. We have worked with over 300 public companies in a range of listing tiers from OTC, AMEX, NASDAQ and NYSE.
