We named our firm Greenway Partners because we see our clients as partners in bringing their projects into reality. Our approach is centered around deep collaboration with our clients and their community members through all project phases. After all, how can you create positive results for a community if nobody from said community has input? We partner with clients from many walks of life, and as a result, our projects are as diverse as they are. Our core belief is that projects should not be pursued unless they are fundamentally improving an organization, a community, the environment or the people who use them. We strive to ensure all of our projects achieve this threshold.

In terms of what sort of work we do, our capabilities are wide-reaching. We primarily work with local communities to give them what they need to solve specific challenges. Our toolkit includes (but is not limited to) planning, capital structure, community engagement, architecture, engineering and construction.
