COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Greenwing Companies (“Greenwing”) is the name under which our various legal entities are identified.  The primary operating entity is Greenwing Restorations, LLC, which was founded in September of 2003.  Greenwing Restorations has been a member in good standing with the General Contractors Board of Oregon (“CCB”) since its inception and operates as a Licensed Developer (CCB#157027).  Greenwing Investments, LLC owns and operates commercial properties.  Greenwing Realty, LLC is a real estate brokerage company licensed in the State of Oregon since November of 2004.

TRACK RECORD
The experience that Greenwing brings to its projects has been gained as a result of its involvement in industrial, office and retail commercial development and brokerage.  In addition to commercial real estate, Greenwing has extensive experience in single and multi-family restoration and brokerage.  Since its first acquisition in 2002, Greenwing has acquired and restored thirty-four residential and commercial units with a cumulative restored value of $10,200,000.
