In 2008 Mr. Grigaltchik founded his firm, and from the beginning sought to establish himself as an attorney for the business owner or entity. In the legal landscape around him, he saw many professionals practicing in various areas of law, but very few that could provide a business owner or entity the advice they would need from start to finish.

Added to this, he held, and continues to hold, a personal belief that the business owner or entity is the heart and soul of the economy, and as such, business owners or entities should not be deterred or hampered in anyway, at any stage in the legal process, but rather helped to succeed. With these thoughts in mind, he sought to provide the business owner or entity such a service that would not only help them legally function, but to be ready for growth and development in their business.
