Groundwork London is a mid-sized environmental services organization based in London, Greater London. For more than 25 years it has partnered with communities to transform places and improve people's prospects, pursuing social and environmental regeneration. The organization aims to create vibrant, green neighborhoods and empower residents to shape decisions while promoting greener living and working practices.

It delivers hundreds of projects annually across London, supported by funders and partners from the public, private, and voluntary sectors. Its initiatives help long-term unemployed people find work, support young people back into education or training, and guide residents and businesses toward sustainable waste, energy, and water use; in 2026 it led Green Horizons, a four-year Climate Action Fund programme developed in partnership with Inclusion London, Disability Rights UK, the Co-Production Collective, and Inclusion Barnet.
