Based in Riscle, in the Gers department of Occitanie, Groupe Coopératif Vivadour operates as a farming cooperative serving southwest France. It unites around 4,600 farmers and more than 1,000 employees, with about 70% of its production organized in agro-chains. The group covers six activity areas that reflect the territory's agricultural diversity: plant productions including cereals and agrofournitures; seed research, production and professional marketing of vegetable seeds; wine and spirits; animal production such as poultry, waterfowl, eggs and cattle; consumer retail through 15 Gamm Vert stores; and efforts in environment and innovation to broaden member diversification and income. Vivadour coordinates its value chains by linking farmers to industrial users and even final consumers, aiming to share value and strengthen trust across the supply chain. In June 2026, Terre du Sud merged with Vivadour to form Auraïa, a new poultry-focused entity.
