Grow Properties was founded in 1977, and is owned and operated by Nathan Grow and Kyle Groves. Nate & Kyle met when they lived next door to each other in Tahoe Park, in 2008. They have raised their families together, and successfully grown their family businesses independently for many years. It was only a matter of time before they decided to become partners and make Grow Properties their family owned business together.

As a family-run business, the Nate & Kyle are personally involved in all property management operations. They are deeply committed to:
