Grow Though Life Counseling is a team of excellent psychotherapists treating all ages in person in 9 locations both San Diego and Riverside Counties. We provide counseling services for children, teens, adults, couples and families. We treat anxiety and depression and most other mental health diagnosis and concerns. We help with losses including: divorce, death, deployments and moving. We also help with neurodivergence. We provide individual, couples and family counseling. We treat all ages and have 9 locations: Eastlake Chula Vista, Scripps Ranch, La Mesa, Santee, Sorrento Valley, Mission Valley, Oceanside, Murrieta and Temecula. We are in network with: Tricare, Cigna, Aetna, Sharp Health, Scripps Health, United and Optum. We offer superbills for all other types of insurance. We take HSA's and FSA's directly. We provide high quality counseling in stressful situations. We have helped children and teens in transitions such as: moving schools, divorce, loss of parent, change in custody, social problems and academic stress. We treat depression, anxiety, ADHD and more!
