At Growga, we support change-makers by giving them the tools they need to bring yoga, mindfulness, and SEL to children where they learn, lead, and play. 

We provide teacher training opportunities and ongoing mentorship, support, and resources to equip professionals with the tools they need to keep their classes and programs engaging, while supporting children’s physical, social-emotional, and mental health.
