Founded in 2013 by a diverse group of seasoned operating and investment professionals, GECP is an entrepreneurial investment group that partners with transitioning business owners.  As a partner, our central focus is to become a part of the day-to-day leadership in the given business.  By doing so, we preserve the entrepreneurial legacy and spirit of the organization and provide the company's employees with additional resources to succeed.

A partnership with GECP will continue for the foreseeable future. We invest the capital of high net worth individuals and families that believe value creation takes time and personal attention. We are interested in long-term, sustainable, value creation through strategic vision and revenue growth, not cost cutting and financial structuring.

We commit our attention one business at a time and work with the transitioning owners, mid-level managers, and the rest of the company to develop and implement a strategy that everyone supports. That strategy however is not static, our day-to-day involvement and focus on innovation allows us to iterate that strategy in real-time to better respond to ever-evolving competitive industry dynamics.
