Growthsource Academy (GSA) provides knowledge, networking and resources to women entrepreneurs who want to expand their businesses. Entrepreneurs are from various backgrounds and have on average between two to four years of experience with their businesses. Through a series of seminars, speakers educate the women on various business and leadership topics needed to create a well-run company. This allows our entrepreneurs to develop new skills or build upon their current skill set. Entrepreneurs are also paired with a mentor from the private equity or investment banking community and an executive coach. The GSA program gives entrepreneurs a platform to increase sales, interpersonal communications as well as presence and exposure in the world.
