Grupa Azoty S.A. is Poland’s largest chemical group, formed through the consolidation of the country’s leading chemical facilities and spanning Tarnów, Polic, Puławy and Kędzierzyn-Koźle, along with roughly fifty affiliated entities. The group is a sizable employer with a substantial workforce. In 2026, leadership changes included the appointment of Piotr Szajczyk as Vice President of the Management Board, effective June 1.
