Grupo Cadarso is a family-owned company founded in 1948 in Barcelona, Catalonia, by D. Antonio Cadarso. What began as the distribution of watches and jewelry has grown into a diversified group organized into three operating units: Relojero, Inmobiliario, and Hotelero. As a wholesale distributor, it serves Spain and extends its reach to Portugal and Andorra, representing selected international watch brands with a focus on service quality and ongoing renewal. The Hotelero unit operates under the Condes Hotels brand, reflecting the group's involvement in hospitality alongside its core wholesale activities. Its hospitality assets include the historic Hotel Condes, acquired in 1995, and Hotel España, noted for its Modernist Catalan heritage, with a 2014 plan to convert a building on Paseo de Gracia into Monument Hotel, a five-star GL property.
