Gryphon Editions is a small publishing house that produces facsimile reproductions of classic works in law, science, and political thought. Each volume is bound in leather with gold tooling and is designed to endure across generations. The volumes feature traditional bookbinding elements such as raised spine bands, marbled endleaves, coordinating headbands, gilded edges, acid-free Smyth-sewn leaves, and a silk ribbon marker. The firm reproduces exact facsimiles of rare originals, often from the first edition, without alterations.
