Formed in 1978, GSC Architects has been a leading design firm serving our clients, our profession, and the communities in which we practice.

GSC Architects’ hallmark has long been attention to the specific needs of our clients.  Our architectural and interior design expertise spans a diverse range of projects, allowing us to provide a creative and unconfined approach to design and problem-solving.   Our design strategy focuses highly on context and is very little about developing a GSC-look.  Using an integrated, problem seeking approach, we find reason in our solutions specific to each client and setting.

Over the past 42 years, GSC Architects has been entrusted with architectural commissions by numerous state government departments and public work divisions across Texas and some of the US's largest brand names.  Our firm has simultaneously exceeded the expectations of some of the most technically challenging companies in the United States, including many of the world's top technology firms.  Alongside projects totaling more than $200 million, we also find a place in our practice for some of the smallest projects, which are often the essence of a community. 

GSC Architects has a practice area primarily within Texas from our firm headquarters in Austin and our office in San Antonio.  Our integrated staff allows us to match our clients' work demands as we operate as a single company without internal boundaries or profit centers.  GSC Architects is also well-known for our LEED design prowess showcased by multiple LEED-certified buildings and a substantial population of LEED Accredited Professionals on staff every day.
