GT provides custom training programs for companies that operate ammonia refrigeration systems required to comply with OSHA PSM regulations.  We also provide PHA assessments and audits as well as PSM and SOP revisions.

GT is a pioneer in the certification of ammonia refrigeration Mechanical Integrity Inspectors.  The program is designed to comply with SNT-TC-1A of the American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).

Our PSM training includes in-depth discussions of the PSM requirements, pitfalls, and methods for compliance.

PHA Leader training includes specific examples and practice running a mock PHA session.

GT was founded by Keith A. Tyson who has worked with ammonia refrigeration systems since 1995. He is a recognized expert in OSHA and EPA codes.  He has developed mechanical integrity inspection programs and PSM programs for the industry based on his experience in the petro/chem industry from 1980 to 1995..  He has presented at industry events including IIAR and RETA conferences, and has been published in the IIAR "Condenser".
