The Gunn Automotive Group was founded by C.C. "Pop" Gunn and started with one Oldsmobile dealership in 1955. Incorporated as Curtis C. Gunn, Inc. in 1957, it is known today as Gunn GP, LLC, and is one of the Top 100 automotive dealer groups in the United States. Identified annually for the last five years as one of the fastest growing companies in San Antonio, Gunn also has the distinction of being one of the city's largest privately-held companies.
