Gusto 54 Restaurant Group is a tribute to family, food, innovation, and design that nods to the past, while rewriting the rules. 

Gusto 54 was founded by CEO Janet Zuccarini in 1996 with the opening of Trattoria Nervosa in Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood. In addition to this concept, Gusto 54 Restaurant Group now includes: Gusto 101, Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen, Gusto 501, Azhar Kitchen + Bar, and Cafe ZUZU all in Toronto, Ontario, as well as Felix Trattoria and Stella West Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. In 2014, Janet partnered with Jeff & Nuit Regular in creating Pai Northern Thai Kitchen, Kiin, and Chaiyo in Toronto.  At the centre of each of our concepts is a transporting guest experience, complete with delicious, relevant food, inspiring design, and passionate, soulful hospitality.
