•	Developed or Acquired & Operated; thirty-one (31) multi-tenant office buildings containing more than three million two hundred fifty thousand (3,250,000) net rentable square feet of office space located in eight (8) states.

•	Developed or Acquired & Operated and Successfully Converted to condominium ownership, approximately twelve thousand (12,500) Apartments in the Greater New York Area, as well as approximately three thousand five hundred (3,500) additional apartments in nine (9) other states. 

•	Acquired, Rehabilitated & Operated; more than six hundred (600) one to four family houses in seven (7) states. 

•	Provided daily on-site management to more than sixty thousand (60,000) third party owned, limited income, market rate & luxury apartments in two hundred fifty (250) multi-family residential and condominium communities, which together with company owned units, equaled three hundred five (305) communities containing seventy eight thousand (78,000) apartments located in ten states.
