Our team holds a wide range of state and federal certifications, including CACs, CSSTs, CDPH Lead Inspectors/Assessors, NIOSH 582 equivalents, IAQA Mold Assessment Professionals, and Certified Radon Measurement Professionals. All field staff are 40-hour HAZWOPER certified. We routinely prepare abatement specifications, operations and maintenance plans, oversee remediation work, and verify project completion through clearance inspections.
