Gynuity Health Projects is a small United States–based nonprofit operating in the research services field, focused on expanding access to reproductive health technologies at reasonable cost while delivering high-quality services that respect the dignity and autonomy of individuals. The organization pursues practical, evidence‑based work intended to benefit both patients and providers in reproductive health care. In 2022 it launched a study in collaboration with Stanford University to evaluate a model with potential benefits for patients and providers. Its collaborative approach includes partnerships with academic institutions and health care networks in the United States and internationally to assess new screening tools and service delivery approaches, such as feasibility work for early identification of preeclampsia in antenatal care across multiple countries. Gynuity has a track record of research and resource development in abortion and contraception, including the TelAbortion study initiated in 2016 and the Medical Abortion Commodities Database launched in 2018 with the International Planned Parenthood Federation and the Concept Foundation. These activities position the organization as a nonprofit research service provider focused on advancing reproductive health technologies through collaborative, policy-relevant work.
