H & M Machining is a precision CNC machine shop and has been in business since 2012 in Savannah, Georgia. The company was started by manufacturing multiple parts for a large aerospace corporation. We are located in the Chatham Center and occupy a 10,000 square foot, climate controlled facility with a loading dock. With our shop off of I-16 and Chatham Parkway, we are only 10 minutes from the Georgia Port and The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. In 2015, we decided to expand our business further by adding new teammates, equipment, customers and vendors. Our commitment to growth continues, providing work for many industries including: aerospace, manufacturing, chemical, construction, plastic, industrial, marine and automotive. As our customer base grows, so have our equipment needs and services. We have strong vendor partnerships to ensure we are able to provide our customers the best possible services and products, in a timely manner. H & M Machining has the ability to provide: Large scale 5 axis CNC Machining, 3 axis CNC Machining, 2 axis CNC Lathe Machining, CMM measuring and conformance. We use Dassalt Systems Catia V5, Mastercam 2017 CAD/CAM, and Nikkon CMM Manager Software. We work with materials such as aluminum, brass, plastic, carbon steel, tool steel, stainless steel, titanium. Your project is continually monitored throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure compliance to your specifications. We are also compliant to the ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, and follow eco-friendly and environmental procedures. Our shop is clean, organized, and efficient.
