H4 Equities Group is a family-owned and operated enterprise in the commercial real estate, quick service restaurant, car wash, property management, oil & gas, and fine convenience industries. We are headquartered in San Antonio, TX with our first location being established in Universal City, TX in 1988 under the strong belief of our founder, Mr. Noorali Hirani, that consumers of these markets are highly underserved and deserve more.

Mr. Hirani’s legacy, values, and vision continues through his sons and grandsons who currently own the organization. Even today, we live and operate under the same core values of service, integrity, work ethic, and, above all, the respect of each individual that Mr. Hirani has instilled in us years ago.

Currently, H4 Equities Group is the parent organization of The Market @, Franchises, and H4 Properties. The company has been managing and developing multi-tenant commercial real estate properties in Austin and San Antonio, Texas. We specifically focus on acquiring distressed retail firms in order to re-strategize the business model to a C-Store focused on providing “Fine Convenience” with an elegant shopping experience. Our unique operational processes are able to increase the average consumer purchase and decrease demand elasticity compared to industry standards.
