For more than 40 years, we have worked alongside our neighbors to turn that belief into action, helping families and homeowners across New Castle County achieve greater stability and opportunity through housing.

As rising costs continue to put safe housing out of reach for many working families and longtime residents, we respond with a proven, people-centered approach rooted in partnership, preparation, and affordability. Our work is powered by volunteers, donors, and community partners who care deeply about where they live and who lives there.
