I am a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years experience in large regional accounting firms.  I started my accounting firm to concentrate on the tax and accounting issues of closely held companies.  A closely held company is a company that is owner operated as opposed to a publicly traded company.  In addition to providing traditional tax and accounting services, I also assist companies in the following areas:

   - Purchase and sale of a business
   -controllership services for companies that are not large enough to afford a full-time Chief Financial Officer
   - Tax Audits and tax litigation
   - Tax research in areas such as federal income tax, Wisconsin income tax and Wisconsin sales tax
