DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Vehifleet provides mobile On-Site commercial vehicle maintenance, service, and repairs. We provide On-Site Federal and State commercial vehicle inspections, mobile oil changes, maintenance management programs and procedures, and vehicle repairs to public and private transportation fleets. Services are performed at the facility of customer. Vehifleet is located in Southern CA. Predicated on placing a combination of a Quick Lube Oil Changer and a truck repair facility on wheels, Vehifleet offers mobile on-site vehicle inspection, maintenance, and repair services to the commercial vehicle and construction equipment industry. Our staff has developed the highest level of expertise, and are ASE, ADS, and equipment manufacturer certified. Vehifleet staff have extensive experience being responsible in developing detailed specifications for transit and paratransit vehicles. Under varying contractual and work conditions, FCI will demonstrate the capacity to provide accurate and successful results in short periods. Vehifleet staff have many years of experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Predictive Maintenance Management programs and processes to inform, educate, and facilitate maintenance technicians throughout all phases of vehicle and equipment maintenance. Our services are tailored to companies having fleets of five (5) or more commercial vehicles, construction, mining, and industrial equipment inventories, or other stationary equipment. We offer convenient, cost-effective, and comprehensive services in the areas of maintenance, service, and repair to commercial vehicle fleets at their facilities. Vehifleet will secure fixed facility(s) at an initial rate of acquisition of one (1) fixed facility per quarter to a network of 1600 fixed facilities to support our mobile and emergency road service (ERS) units nationwide. Vehifleet will also be operating internationally, performing CNG engine conversions.
