Hafner Vineyard is a small, family-run winery located in the Alexander Valley near Healdsburg, Sonoma County. With more than five decades of operation, the estate grows its own grapes and produces wines from fruit cultivated on-site, bottling them as estate wines. The portfolio includes Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, a Malbec-based blend called Next Red, and a Rosé, all made exclusively from winery-grown grapes and aged in wine caves before release. Wines are sold directly to patrons and to leading California restaurants, with no distribution through wine shops. Three generations of the Hafner family oversee the operation, providing personal service and a focus on quality and value. In 2018 the winery welcomed a young French intern for the harvest.
