Hai Tech Lasers, Inc. provides Fiber Laser Marking and Engraving Systems and services. Our systems can be customized to satisfy any job requirement, from very small to very large, and can be used to mark or engrave on nearly any material. We have provided laser marking systems to companies around the world in a number of configurations. The laser systems can include a Z Axes for focus control, and X and Y Axes can be added for larger parts. Similarly, the additional axes can be used to mark arrays of smaller parts to increase productivity.

For companies that currently own laser marking systems, we offer upgrades to the newest Air-Cooled Maintenance Free Fiber Laser system. Older lasers required water cooling and required very high power to function, and had to be constantly aligned and maintained. The newest fiber laser systems are air-cooled and thus do not require any water cooling (no pump or chiller required). Similarly, there are no filters to replace and no bulky power supplies or RF drivers required. Finally, since the laser is generated within a fiber optic cable, there is no need for time consuming alignments or mirrors to replace.

If a new Fiber Laser Marking System is not in a company's budget, and they do not currently have an older water cooled laser, Hai Tech Lasers offers refurbished water cooled laser systems at a lower price.

We can mark any number of parts and have experience serving the aerospace, medical, and firearms communities, to name just a few. Our lasers can mark on stainless steel, bare or anodized aluminum, titanium, brass, wood, glass, numerous plastics, and nearly any other metal or material required. We can mark logos, from simple to complex, any wording, serialization, barcodes, or symbols.
