HALIS provides high-accuracy LiDAR and imagery data acquisition and geospatial services using a co-mounted LiDAR and digital camera system. The setup is designed to be adaptable to helicopter or fixed-wing platforms, allowing projects to be completed within a week. The company recently added an oblique imaging sensor, enabling mapping data, orthophotos, and oblique views to be captured in a single flight, which can reduce overall field costs.

Based in Mcdonough, Georgia, HALIS operates within the IT services and IT consulting space as a geospatial data provider, serving clients in Transportation, Federal, Energy, Environmental, and Municipal markets. For helicopter operations, elevation data achieves better than 0.1 feet RMSE with imagery at 3-inch pixel resolution, suitable for design engineering or small-site contour work; fixed-wing operations support larger projects with 1- to 2-foot contours and imagery at 3 to 6 inches. HALIS is a woman-owned small business certified as a WOSB.
