Hampshire FA is committed to developing the game at all levels. In line with The Football Association's National Game Strategy, Hampshire FA has produced a four-year plan aimed at providing everyone with the opportunity to participate in football for life. The plan identifies the challenges facing grassroots football and focuses on four key themes, these being growth and retention, developing better players, raising standards and running the game effectively. These key themes are underpinned by three key enablers; developing a diverse and skilled workforce, marketing and communications, and facility investment. We are keen to develop partnerships to promote the benefits of football and to access essential funding which can be invested to increase the quantity and quality of pitches and facilities providing more and better playing opportunities.
