The Handi-Crafters Opportunity Center (HCOC) is one of the largest vocational training and support service providers for adults with disabilities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. For over 60 years, we have empowered more than 250 individuals annually to reach their goals, achieve independence, and gain competitive employment — either within the community or right here in our center. Our Work Center doubles as a social enterprise and training ground, offering contract packaging, kitting, and assembly solutions for businesses of all sizes.
