Hardpressed stresses the use of controlled lifting speeds and strict form in a time-intensive program to build muscle. Every workout is full-body with the emphasis on a high level of effort. We train this way safely by using a combination of free-weight and body-weight exercises in conjunction with state-of-the-art machines.
