Harlem Commonwealth Council is a nonprofit economic development organization based in Harlem, New York City. It focuses on reducing poverty and promoting long-term economic self-sufficiency for residents across Harlem, Upper Manhattan, the Bronx, and Washington Heights. Its programs include adult literacy, computer skills training, and youth development.
