Our Mission:
The mission of the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) is to responsibly operate and maintain a safe, reliable, sustainable, and evolving mobility system that meets the diverse connectivity needs of all Harris County residents.

The HCTRA system consists of more than 128 miles of roadway throughout Harris County, as well as the historic Washburn Tunnel and Lynchburg Ferry. As of March 2021, there are 2.2 million active EZ TAG accounts representing more than 5 million active EZ TAGs.
