We provide a ½ hour customer response time and a 2 hour maximum on-site arrival time. We will assess the affected area and act quickly to avoid costly damage caused by standing water. We apply antimicrobials as needed, use specialized extraction tools, monitor the drying process daily, communicate daily with the customer and insurance professionals.
