Harrison Spinks is a bedmaker in the furniture and home furnishings industry, based in Leeds, Yorkshire and the Humber, England, and traces its history to 1840 as a fifth-generation family business. The company handcrafts mattresses and beds from natural materials such as British wool, hemp fibres, and flax linen, and it grows natural fillings on a Yorkshire farm, weaves fabrics in-house, and manufactures its own springs. Through a vertical manufacturing model, it produces its own luxury mattress range and also creates private-label mattresses for retailers such as John Lewis and Dreams.
The business has earned multiple honors, including the King's Awards for Innovation, International Trade, and Sustainable Development, and has been named Bed Manufacturer of the Year by the National Bed Federation five times in the last decade. In 2026, Harrison Spinks expanded its offices into China as part of an international growth strategy, with luxury mattresses distributed across several countries, including Indonesia.
