Harry’s Fresh Foods, the operating name of The Harris Soup Company, is a mid-sized food and beverage manufacturer based in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1977, the company began by producing fresh clam chowder for area restaurants, building a Northwest heritage. The production approach centers on hand-crafted soups produced in small batches using kettle cooking, followed by a rapid-chill process to preserve texture and freshness. 

Today the company crafts and supplies a range of soups, sauces, entrées, sides and desserts across North America to grocery, club and convenience retailers as well as the food service channel. In 2019, Harry’s Fresh Foods was acquired by Kettle Cuisine.
