Hartford Youth Scholars is a small nonprofit organization in the education administration field, based in Hartford, Connecticut. It works with Hartford students starting in middle school to help them reach and complete a four-year college degree by providing access to educational opportunities and ongoing support. The program envisions graduates returning to Hartford to work and live, thereby contributing to the community.

Founded in 2005, the organization initially funded scholarships for local youth to attend independent high schools before shifting its focus to middle school–level services that develop study, personal, and social skills. The program provides scholars and their families with academic and mentoring support for ten years, beginning the summer before seventh grade and continuing through college graduation, to aid admission to and completion of higher education at suitable schools.
