Hass, LLC is designed for the preservation of works on paper, photographs, paintings, sculpture, antiques, or any other valuables that require climate controlled storage.  The interior of the building has been engineered to maintain 65 degrees Fahrenheit +/- 4 degrees and 45% relative humidity +/- 4%.  The entire building is protected by a waterless Inergen gas fire suppression system coupled with Vesda monitoring.  Inergen is the best fire protection available.  It is an environmentally friendly mixture of carbon dioxide and nitrogen, which does not leave a residue upon discharge.  Vesda, (very early smoke detection apparatus) constantly samples the buildings air quality and relays any problems to a central monitor, which provides the opportunity to locate problems before emission of the Inergen, prevention is the key. Vesda monitoring is 100X more sensitive than a traditional smoke detector.  The roof structure has been replaced with steel support and decking for security and fireproofing. The art storage is a limited access area, equipped with a video monitored, UL listed alarm system.  Space is available to meet your needs, from a section of a flat file drawer to large reconfigurable rooms.
