Founded in 2015 by investigators with decades of experience, Hassman Research Institute (HRI) is a leading clinical trial site organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients in need of innovative treatments. With inpatient (88 total beds) and outpatient facilities in both Marlton and Berlin, NJ, HRI conducts studies in many patient populations as well as healthy subjects. HRI executes a wide variety of specialized studies including human abuse liability/human abuse potential (HAL/HAP), trials of psychedelic substances, driving simulation studies, and a broad range of early-phase clinical pharmacology studies such as first-in-human. HRI's capabilities include neuroimaging, electrophysiological testing, pain models, and drug compounding.
