Hatch Medical is a medical device incubator and technology broker focused on assisting physician inventors and entrepreneurs with novel concepts for minimally invasive medical devices.  Hatch Medical provides the project leadership, industry expertise and resources to bring these concepts to market as new products. Strong emphasis is placed on projects providing cost-effective treatment options for peripheral, cardiovascular and oncological disease states.

Hatch Medical is also an experienced broker of medical device technologies. Operating in a hybrid role similar to a boutique investment bank, Hatch Medical assists clients with the sale, license or distribution of valuable medical device assets and technologies.  

Hatch Medical provides consulting services to a variety of clients, including both early-stage and established medical device companies, private equity and venture capital firms and individual inventors and entrepreneurs in most areas of marketing or business development.  Past services have included valuation modeling, due diligence on prospective acquisition targets (and their respective technologies), target market assessment and identification, focus groups and physician interviews, clinical product evaluations and enhancement recommendations, business plan reviews, securing and negotiating product distribution (both U.S. based and internationally).
