The firm of Hayes, Williams, Turner & Daughtry PA, originally Stewart & Hayes PA, was formed in 1969 by D.K. Stewart (1921-1995) and Gerald W. Hayes, Jr.  Heather Hayes Williams joined the firm in 1994, Douglas E. Turner, Jr. joined in 1997, and Parrish Hayes Daughtry in 2000.
The firm concentrates on personal injury, criminal law, automobile accidents, motor vehicle law, divorce, family law, business law, civil litigation and wills and estates.  The majority of initial consultations are without charge.  All personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, without cost to the client unless recovery is made.
The staff is professional and courteous and the firm provides prompt, aggressive and prepared representation.
